For almost 30 years, we’ve inspired entrepreneurs to realize their dreams of business ownership. Our program is a complete business center. We help entrepreneurs and small business owners find their best potential as we walk with them to develop a sustainable business model.
Owning a business is complex; entrepreneurs need tools for every stage of the business cycle. We provide formal business training making sure you have the tools you need to build and grow your business. Program services are provided in English and Spanish

To help entrepreneurs learn and master the fundamentals of business ownership, we provide a 40 hour, 16-class course. The course is presented in English and Spanish and guides entrepreneurs through business start-up, launch, and growth. This includes in-depth guidance on writing a business plan – a foundational document for business owners.
Course Cost: $250
Please note: A $50 non-refundable registration fee is required in addition to the course cost. Scholarships are available.

CCUSA: National Recognition
In 2020, Catholic Charities of Omaha received an Innovation Challenge grant from Catholic Charities USA (CCUSA) to extend its Microbusiness Program to other Catholic Charities agencies across the nation. The award was the culmination of a year-long process in which Catholic Charities agencies nationwide competed for $1 million to fund their fresh solution to help alleviate, reduce or eliminate poverty.
