Providing high-quality, affordable, and U.S. Department of Justice-accredited immigration legal services to individuals and families
Strengthening our community by providing legal assistance and guidance for immigrants.
Catholic Charities’ immigration specialists are accredited by the U.S. Department of Justice, a designation that authorizes them to practice immigration law. Immigration is complex, expensive, and overwhelming – our program helps low-income immigrants navigate the process. We provide competent, reliable, and affordable legal services.
Each year, thousands of immigrants will make Nebraska their new home. Catholic Charities Immigration Legal Services offers a compassionate hand of help – and hope – while legally advocating for immigrants.
What to expect once your consultation appointment is scheduled:
During your confidential consultation, an accredited immigration specialist will evaluate your situation, help you understand your options, and work with you to determine the best path forward.
Should you choose to proceed with a case, our staff will provide trusted and affordable representation – from start to finish.
Please note consultations are by appointment only.
For appointments at the St. Juan Diego Center please call 402.939.4615.
