  • Food

    Emergency Food Support from Catholic Charities

    Due to the disaster we will be having special pantry hours and mobile pantry distribution for those who have been affected by the tornadoes. To inquire and get on a list for a mobile pantry or for those needing special pantry hours you can call  531-250-5388.

    Mobile Distribution:

    Tuesday, August 27th
    4:00PM – 6:00PM
    St. Patrick Church
    20500 West Maple Road
    In the parking lot C.

    Supplemental groceries to be distributed include: meat, dairy, fresh produce, shelf-stable items, bread and bakery items.

    Pantry Hours at The Market at St. Teresa of Calcutta Campus:

    Monday & Thursday 12:00PM – 3:00PM
    Tuesday 3:00PM – 6:00PM

    Catholic Charities Mental Health Services

    We are here in whatever capacity is needed and provide services to all regardless of race, religion, creed or socio-economic status. To request an appointment you can call  531-213-7396 or email ccbhs@ccomaha.org.

    Our therapists can provide sessions in-person or remotely, as well as facilitate support group sessions or hold community workshops as individuals start to face the emotional after effects. Services include but are not limited to:

    • coping with grief and loss (home, family, pets, etc.)
    • PTSD
    • worry and stress
    • anxiety
    • trauma
    • fear

    Millie – our therapy dog – is also available for support!

    Relief Items Needed

    We are working to collect monetary and food donations to continue to best serve those affected by the devastation. As well as other donations of hygiene products, cleaning supplies, paper goods, and diapers.

    These donations can be dropped off at The Market Choice Pantry:

    Work with your school, parish, community, neighborhood or anyone to set up a drive! We are working to collect food donations to continue to best serve those affected by the devastation. As well as other donations of hygiene products, cleaning supplies, paper goods, and diapers.
