St. Martin de Porres – patron saint of social justice and people of mixed race – lived a life of selfless ministry. He demonstrated the utmost love and charity to everyone he encountered and was known for his kindness and nursing of the sick.

St. Martin de Porres Community Center has been a staple for the community for over 45 years – located in the middle of historic North Omaha – continuing to give a hand up, not just a hand out to those who need it.

Saint Juan Diego – patron saint of indigenous people – was chosen by the Blessed Mother to carry a message. He then dedicated his life to prayer and the practice of virtue and boundless love of God and his neighbors.
